Stunning location with breathtaking views! The free boat ride was a great touch, and the jacuzzi provided much-needed relaxation. The staff was helpful and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

boato is fantastic! we loved the cabin’s privacy and its stunning location right by the lush green lake. the staff were super helpful, and the free room service for meals was amazing. also, the in-cabin massages were a lovely touch! the cabins have been thoughtfully designed and smell wonderful.

Amazing views from the private balcony!

My stay in guatape exceeded my expectations. The family room with lake view was clean and comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings were relaxing. I loved the jacuzzi and the fun water activities like kayaking and jet skiing offered at the hotel.

I had an amazing time soaking in the serene views of the Guatapé reservoir from my deck while enjoying the convenience of kayaking just a short walk away at nearby Helitours Colombia.

The views from the lake-facing rooms were breathtaking, and the garden area was beautifully maintained, perfect for a peaceful stroll in nature. The staff was exceptionally helpful, making it easy for everyone to access the amenities.

The views are stunning, and the private jacuzzis were a highlight. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making communication a breeze. Yet, my room showed signs of wear and tear, including some plumbing issues. It was quite warm, too, with no AC, which affected my comfort during the stay.

Breathtaking views and warm staff

Woke up to stunning lake views and a warm welcome from the staff. The hot tub by the lake was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures.

However, we faced issues with the WiFi throughout our stay, which made it challenging to plan our next activities. Also, the room could have used a portable heater for the chilly nights.

The food at Boato was a delightful surprise, especially the breakfast which was complimentary and simply delicious! Add in stunning views from the villa, and you’ve got a slice of paradise. The friendly staff made our stay feel warm and welcoming.

The views from the Double Room with Spa Bath were absolutely stunning. Waking up to that lake view every morning was a real treat. The jacuzzi added a nice touch of luxury to our stay. I really appreciated having the option for a boat trip. it made our visit even more special. The cozy campfire evenings made for a unique experience, too. However, accessing the hotel was a challenge. We had difficulty getting there due to the remote location, and the dark paths made it tricky to navigate at night. Additionally, communication in English was limited, which made coordinating activities a bit difficult. It would help to enhance the way they manage transfers to ensure guests aren't left waiting, as we had to wait a long time for our ride when leaving. A little more attention to communication and logistics would elevate the experience significantly.

It was just a perfect match for a short-term stay in Guatape with definitely value for money. The staff was really responsive when we had an issue with our kitchen drawers. Drive carefully on the way up. it's quite bumpy.
